today elias is officially two months old - it is hard to believe. at his last appointment he weighed 10 pounds 7 ounces. so we are guessing that he weighs about 11 to 11 and a half pounds right now. his second month was less eventful than his first month, which we are thankful for. he is growing like he should and eating better. there are still moments when we have some flare ups, but things are much better.in month two elias began to chunk up a little bit. he has cooed (not sure if i spelled that right) a lot lately, and he has been smiling like crazy. he still loves to look at lights and ceiling fans (who knew that we didn't really need all the cool toys - just let him look at lights and fans and he is great). we are still trying to develop sleeping patterns, but we do know how to get sleep when we really need it. elias has started to like his swing a lot more. he also likes going for walks in his stroller - thanks to his grandmas.
he's a snuggler - just the way we like it. and in month two he watched his first notre dame and chicago bears football games. he attended his first wedding reception and loved the music and lights. he visited his friend evan when we had dinner at the baker's. he is such a gift and blessing to us. we are so thankful for him. we have some additional pictures that we will try to post soon.
